I've just started making gloves, my first attempt.
It's actually quite fun, cause it hardly requires any yarn at all, it's fast and it's fun.

first I made a pair of basic male gloves which are simply dull dull dull. but anyways:

then I made a pair of half-gloves (or whatever they're called) for me, trying to learn how to make motives by changing colour of the yarn. it didn't work out very well as you can see, but it was worth a try.

then my sister fell so in love with those she wanted a pair of her own for work, though she said she didn't need anything fancy, just plain red would do.
of course I couldn't help myself so I tried a new thing: embroidering on the finished glove.
and wow, do I love these?

and does everyone else? thank heavens they're so fast to make cause I've got like tons of orders now it feels like...
but well.. luckily I love knitting ^^ and because they're so small I can always carry it with me in my bag and knit during my classes and stuff =)

for tut, see later post =)

New pics:
an other pair of red, for my sweetheart:

a pair of longer thicker ones for an other friend, to match her mario-headphones

since these went all the way up to the low they needed to be wider at the end, and I had to keep decreasing, which I made in the form of a lighinting bolt (as you can see the start of here)

in green for an other friend: (my fav. colour so far, need to make me a pair of these as well)

and plain black for myself: ihk I'm boring... but I'll make some mushroom-ones for me later on ^^

They look great!  I usually call them fingerless gloves.
