It has been a while since I've posted anything, but I've been crafting away, in between all that work/life stuff!  A while ago I bought 1/4yd of the coolest floral fabric at Joann's - almost too bright for me, but so fun!  I have finally used in as the ties in a simple apron, and now I just wish I could find more of it for a pocket or a ruffle (and I've looked. Sad )  Anyway, simple as it is, I love my new apron!

On the floor:
(you can't tell but the sides taper to thinner ties pretty quickly.)

And on me:
(maybe next time I'll try some shaping/darts but it works!)

Close up of the great fabric:

Thanks for looking!

ETA: Actually not a recon - I'm dumb - sorry, move it to general 'clothing' if it isn't too complicated pretty please mods?

Cute, cute, cute!!

I have a totebag I made with that fabric as a lining. I love how soft it is. Smiley

Thanks for all your nice comments!

And Duh.... I just noticed I was spacey and put this in 'Recons'.  It actually isn't a recon - sorry for the confusion!  Mod move? Pretty Please?
