I drew this ages ago when i was in college. At least 6/7 years ago. At the time found out that charcoal totally rocks and I can't draw trees with leaves to save my life. The pics not that great, because my mom asked me for it and i had it laminated (seeing as it's on newsprint) cause I didn't want it to deteriorate. It's also in a frame with glass over the front. Can't take it out cause mom got glue-gun happy. (and we wonder where I get it from). I had to take a pic of the whole thing so please forgive the bad photo. Anyway, this is my favorite drawing I've done. click on it if you want to see it bigger.

That is a good drawing. Where I live the trees are without their leaves longer than they have them, so I do not see anything wrong with simply drawing branches!
Even though it was hard for you to take a picture of it now- it is good that you laminated it. I gave my mom one that was drawn  on some cheap school practice paper and even though it was behind glass it crumbled and started falling down. My mom glued the pieces onto cardboard.  Do our moms know each other in their *picture* gluing obsession? Grin
