Well, I suppose technically it's not a hoodie, as it has neither pockets nor zipper..which would make it something more along the lines of "hooded shirt"..but let's face it: hoodie has such a nice ring to it.

So the story behind this is, I found out we're moving out of the desert and into Germany next summer.
My first reaction to this was not "oooooh goodie, CULTURE!" but "ooooh goodie, I CAN WEAR HOODIES AGAIN!"

Anyways, a few weeks later I was browsing on threadless and fell deeply, madly and passionantly in love with this  design: http://www.threadless.com/product/810/Living_In_Harmony.But instead of forking over the FOURTY BUCKS *gasp* for the hoodie, I bought the shirt on sale, and then in true crafting fashion, made one myself.

the sleeves I did too, they're the sleeves of a white long sleeved shirt I hacked off and tie-dyed.

lovely shot of the huuuuuuge hood.

I like it better than the Threadless version. And I'm normally not a fan of tyedye.

What a great idea! You made the TShirt much more interesting. Have fun in Germany!
