Has anyone else here made Roxycraft's  - Winston the White Lion?

I'm sorta stuck on the first part of "add 10 rows" after row 8 of the head...do I continue to increase or stay steady at row 8's instructions.  (staying at row 8's instructions so far isn't working) Huh

This is my first crochet project in *gasp* since I was 10.  Any help is warmly welcomed.

Can't help you with that but have you tried emailing the designer directly ? I'm sure she'd gladly help...

I've never made the pattern but it sounds to me like you are adding hieght. So you'd want to single crochet in each stitch all the way around. And do that for ten rows. Or double crochet or whatever stitch it is that you are using.

I second asking roxy though. If IT were me, I'd want to know if someone was having issues with my pattern so I could make it easier to understand. Smiley

It means to just do single stiches for 10 rows.
