Ahhhh sweet. They are definitely funky. My wrist cuff broke so I'm looking for something new and this is totally cool.

I'm op and fabric shopping tomorrow. I shall make sure to buy these funky ties I saw at this op shop near my house tomorrow.

Thanks dude. *thumbs up*

That is AWESOME! bracelets are just about all I can wear to work besides my uniform, so I'm going to make several. Thanks for the stellar idea!

oh my gosh these are so much fun to make!!!! I also have found they can me unisex, by just changing up the buttons! I made one for my sweetie with a more masculine tie end and a silver engraved button from an old army coat.

cool.  thats a good idea.  ive also seen things like this that are necklaces...  neck...things...?  same concept, just a bit longer, so its slightly longer than a choker.

i think i might try making one.  i need to figure out that button-hole maker.  i'd do a lot more if i werent so scared of it.

I've been meaning to make some of those ever since I saw them in my library book, Sew Subversive.  They look really cute if you use the thicker end of the tie too.  Also as chokers.
