I recieved a couple of days ago from RedHead805.  She surprised me with a a really nice revamped cigarbox and included in it a really pretty beaded necklace, wire braclet with beads and a cute set of matching earrings.  Here are some photos!!  Thank you very much !!

This is the best shot I can get of the necklace.  and you can see the inside of the cigarbox too.

Here is the bracelet

Here are the earrings

They're really pretty jenn.  Wish I could help with the picture issue, but they look great in the larger pictures.

Where did all this fabric come from? I CAN'T have bought THAT much!

I'm not in this swap, and I can say I'm pretty jealous!

I have to laugh though - that knit cable blanket a few pages back - I'm knitting the exact same one, in pretty much the exact same colour for my sister for Christmas!

I didn't see that the question was answered - but for those who were wondering - the pattern is the Cable Comfort Throw - a free pattern from the Lion Brand website  Grin

Like something I've made? I'm always up for personal swaps - just send me a PM!

I finally have photos!!!  I'm sorry I took so long to post!  I hope you all love my loot as much as I do!

First what Snowyangel sent to me:
The bag is sooo great.  It's huge (which she said was an accident, but I believe is a blessing) to fit all my junk, my computer, folders, I'm even going to finally be able to cart full pads of paper with me to school.  Oh, I love big bags!!

You can see all the other goodies in this one!

This is a better view of size, but not great.  I've been really sick recently, so my coloring it too horrible to take photos, but as soon as I get better there'll be an action shot.

Now what I sent to brideOFkniterstein:
My pictures came out horrible, I wish that I had a nicer camera to pick up all the details, but I don't, so withouth further ado:

It's red wool plied with sparkle thread and swarovski crystals.  If I remember correctly it's about 170 something yards.  Enough for her to make something fabulous for herself.  (I also sent her a box of African Red Bush tea - from my workplace - Starbucks!)

Wow! I love the fabric on that bag.  And the yarn you made is beautiful.  More and more I'm wishing that I remembered what my aunt taught me about knitting.  I remember her buying me my needles and a book and then showing me how... all with the stipulation that I keep practicing.  I told her of course I would, but... of course I didn't.
