Details of swap:
*So we are a sickley crew, and when ilnesses and diseases flare up, it is not fun. Heck, the day to day of it isnt fun. So lets bond together to make the best of the situation. Im not going to make a mininum or max requirement for items to swap, because it will vary from disease to disease. But I think 2 items at least. But please talk to your partner about how much you are going to swap, so it will be fair, and no-one will feels like: Oh I wish I've send more...
*We could make each other some "survival kits" may include: a diary or log book for symptoms, a nice holder for any medical equiptment or medicine, recipies, and anything else you can think up. But also something to cheer them up! This could be a new craft to learn, or something they like but can't do.
*The questionnaire is intentionally short because this swap works best if all the partners communicate, if you don't want to talk to your swap partner please don't sign up. The best way to understand someone's needs is through conversation!

If you want to participate, information to send to organizer:

Name of swap:  I Have A Disease Swap, Round 3

Would you be willing to ship to an address outside of the US/your country?

What are some ideas for a "survival kit" that you can suggest?
Would you prefer someone with the same/similar disease, or would you mind learning about someone elses ailments?

Any medical condition that has a negative effect on your day to day life counts.

So if you just go 'oh squirrel!' once in a while it wouldn't count, if you need treatment/medication to function then it would count.  Tongue

I just sent mine in!  I wasn't sure way at first whether I'd join this or not, but the timing has turned out to be pretty perfect.  I'm feeling kind of bummed about my "stuff" lately - it'll be nice to have something fun related to it to look forward to.  Plus this just seems like it would be a really fun one to craft for. Well, looks like I'm joining the party.  This is going to be a good swap.  I guess there are some general things that we could start with, even before we get partners, right?
