I threw a bridal shower for my best friend this past weekend.  I wanted to do a brunch style menu so I went to allrecipes.com and searched for recipes that had the highest ratings and best reviews.

"Clarks Quiche" was the hit of the shower.  It was my first time making quiche and was by far, the best I'd ever had.  I don't like mushrooms so I left those out and just added more onions, ham, and bacon.  People were begging me for copies of the recipe:

The other hit of the day was the chicken salad.  It was so good I even hid some so the guests wouldn't eat it all, hah!  It had dried cranberries in it which were amazing.  It was even better the next day after it sat in the fridge over night:

Ever since I first saw this a couple of days ago, I've been craving quiche and chicken salad.  I think this is what my family will have for supper tonight.  Thanks!
