I made a Harry Potter robe for DD E., who is going to a Harry Potter camp this monday. E. is Ravenclaw, not Gryffindor, that's why the lining is blue and the tie is grey/blue.
The blouse, the shoes and the tie we bought at a thriftstore. The skirt is also from the thriftstore, but I made it shorter and thighter.
For the robe I had no pattern, but I used these pictures (http://www.starfirephoenix.net/hpgryffindor.htm)  as inspiration and I think it looks rather similar.

Really cute. I'd have loved it more cloasble (meaning wider, so that there's not the big gap in front) but that's just me.
I love the sleaves and the linings =) wonderful

HARRY POTTER CAMP?!?!?! Where is this and why have I not heard of it?

(and the robes are beautiful. I wish I was going to Harry Potter Camp...  Cry)

It's not as easy as it was
or as difficult as it could be
for the Samurai in autumn

Can you say "AMAZING"Huh  Because that's what that is... and I'm echoing the "Why haven't I heard about Harry Potter camp?  I wanna go too!!" sentiments... Cheesy

The yarn seduced me, I swear!!

This Harry Potter camp is an initiative (more like an extended forummeeting) from this dutch forum: http://www.harrypotternl.com/forum/

Only three days, but they are going to have a lot of fun!

Thanks for all the nice comments!
