I'm glad you like it all. After making that pillow for you, I made one for my bedroom. I totally love it. I wanted to send you more of the purl bee fabric swatches, but honestly, I could not find a wooden embroidery hoop at any of the million DIs (local thrift store) or Savers. ERGH! I'm still keeping my eye out for more.

I got my great package from GougeAway today.

First off, a small diorama and a mini-Moleskine (I'm a big fan) with transfers on the covers and ...

... on various pages as well.  This will fit right into my little purse for daily doodles.

A pair of pendants I just love.  These are both double sided and perfect for me to wear out and about.

A TMNT cuff and some local items (we did our small items as a taste from around our towns) including a tangerine soap that smells so good I want to lick it, a mint scrub bar, a walking tour map of downtown Portland and a postcard for Powell's bookstore (how I wish I were near one!).

Saved my favoritist for last:

Despite GougeAway and I having fairly different tastes, this is EXACTLY something I would find on Etsy in the middle of the night, squeal with delight and immediately purchase.  I've got to get just the right frame for it to hang in my workshop.  Lovely.

Thank you so much GougeAway.  You made me some top notch items!

Have a savage love for reckless wonder...

I'm so glad you liked everything!!  You were a great swap partner - you gave me a chance to be myself, but also to step out side of my comfort zone - it was the perfect match!

I'm up for Personal Swaps!

I got my first package from SevsOnlyGirl. It is a painting inspired by some fabric I have on my wists. I LOVE THESE LITTLE BIRDS!

Thanks Sevs... I'll let you know when I get the rest.

A bunch of train stuff for my train crazy 3 year-old (bandaids, whistle, conductor cap, model, and flannel)

A delightful pincushion with polymer clay pins:

Stitch markers - polymer clay ice cream sundaes in waffle cone bowls - sorry the picture sucks... i took at least 10 and this was the best one

The most adorable knit owl - his new home is my bed because he matches perfectly:

cable knit hat and glove set - I LOVE IT!

and coordinating scarf - yeeps!

here is my dear boy modeling them for you... haha... he is still wearing the hat 1 hour later:

Thanks so much Gina! You are a rockstar knitter!!!!!! I love it all.

I'm glad you like it all!  I got a kind of better picture of the ice cream bowls, but it's still not great.

I put the clasps on them in case you wanted to use them for other things (I don't know what exactly, maybe zipper pulls or something?).

Your son looks so funny in the knit set!  What a cutie.

Sevs and Gougeaway, your paintings are awesome!

Like it??? I LOVE IT ALL! Thanks again. Yes, your photo is much better. I did add one to my camera as a little charm. I think they are so cute.

I think my kid is pretty cute, too! Wink
