Bumbalina: I shop at No Frills usually, a discount supermarket... not giving away free bags is how they keep the prices down I guess. I live not far from Toronto, but I think the chain is Canada-wide.

Dinostar: Thanks, I really thought it was important to re-use materials to make the bag since the challenge was all about being GREEN. I had a new non-thrifted polka-dot fabric that would have looked awesome, but as long as we're *reducing* plastic bags, may as well throw the other 'R's in too, and *reuse* and *recycle* too! (and now that i look to the left of my screen, apparently there's a fourth one.... *recraft*!)

Mama K: Thanks! As soon as I saw it in the thrift store, I knew I had to get it. It was a huge bag so I still have a bunch left, and I think it was only $2 Smiley

Thanks again for all the comments and the votes. I know I'm nowhere close to winning the challenge, but it's *really* awesome to  read all these nice things about my bag! You've all put a big huge smile on my face!

Thanks. I think it was from dafont.com, but I'm not 100% sure. When I get home tonight I'll check on my computer to see if I can find what its called. I know it was free, though Smiley.

Thanks for the image! I am thinking of making a whole Blowin' in the Wind series of eco-bags. I will consider you and Bob Dylan my benefactors. Grin
