I feel like a grown up now that I have a guest room. When we moved to this apartment in March I immediately took it over for my craft room. There's a bed in there, what else to the guests need? Hehe

I'll post a couple pics and link to the detail pics.

Frames I painted (the pictures in the frames are ones I took)

A little shelf I rescued and jazzed up

My craft drawers, this is my main piece for keeping my stuff organized.

I found the bedding set on Ebay and pulled the colors for the room from it. If you can't tell from the pics it's a smoke blue with black and cream accents. The cream baskets on the wall over the table are from Hobby Lobby.
Once school starts in August this will also be my place to study. I'll have to fight the temptation to craft first and study later Wink
Thanks for looking, as always comments and improvement ideas are welcome!

I love the baskets on the wall.  Very cute and functional!

I love it! Being that I was going to be an interior designer, I definitly appreciate a great use of space. I love the little shelf and baskets and those pictures and frames are marvelous! Smiley

As for improvements, I'm assuming you can't paint the walls (I despise plain white walls LOL), so I would suggest a couple throw pillows or a faux headboard, the pillow looks so lost and alone.

Thanks LindsayLuu and VirgoWolf!
I agree about the bed looking lonely. I also feel that visually the little shelf and the wall sconce by the bed are both too high. However I'm afraid that if they were any lower that a guest could bonk their head on them, lol.  I'll look into the headboard idea. I watch HGTV literally everyday and they're making awesome headboards on just about every show.
Thanks again!
