Felt Mascot or Little Stuffie Swap - R5 -- Gallery!!

Thanks guys!  I had SO much fun making him.  He is in fact knitted, I used the batty pattern from http://www.wyrm.org.uk/cuddly/  and knitted it instead of using fabric.  The yarn I chose was VERY forgiving, I probably made a thousand mistakes in him but you would never know!

I did write up the knitted pattern I used, if anyone is interested, but I did make some changes in the final pattern and I''m too lazy to change the pattern. =)

I am an English major, hence the book nerdiness.  I named the little guy after Guy Montage from Fahrenheit 451, and then I found out (since I am not a big Harry Potter fan) that the phoenix in that movie was named after Guy Fawkes!  Their first names are both Guy!  I was so excited, what a loser, I know.

Anyway anna, I had such a terrific time making him, don't worry about anything!  Little Larisa and I just watched Star Wars the other day, I love her!

Keep up the good work guys!  Everybody's stuffies are so cute!

I love the phoenix and I really appreciate the link!  It has alot of fun patterns there, you should email the site creator pics of the phoenix, I bet he/she would like it.

Edit:  I totally didn't see the little goldfish, that is so adorable, love it!

Yay!! I got my stuffie from Mattbott today and I love him!

Meet Pete Monsteeaire... (yes, clever huh?)

Pete even came with his own stuffie.. a bird. AND his arms are poseable so he can hold it.. how cool is that???  He also came with some cute buttons one of him, one of his bird, and a heart.
