Okay, not exactly a finished spun YARN, but it is spinning related so....

I made it this morning but have yet to try it out since I'm still working on the second bobbin of the purple stuff you can see in the pic.  I can't wait to finish the second bobbin so I can give this thing a try.  I was looking around the internets to buy a tensioned lazy kate, which would have cost me about $40 bucks.  This one cost me about a dollar to make, can't beat that!  I did put the post up today on my blog....

Thats soo cool! Can you give us some insight on how you made it, i bought my wheel used so it didn't come wit ha lazy kate and i would much rather make it than buy it!

that looks great!  i second the request for more info.  can you use a lazy kate when plying with a drop spindle, or will it only work for a wheel?
