Hi there I am new to this site. I am a american who has been living in the Heidelberg/Mannheim area for 3 years. I have yet to find ANY scrapbook stores or places that sell scrapbook supplies. Or meet anyone that likes to scrapbook. If anyone knows of ANY please contact me. and would love to make some scrapbook friends.

Hi Missy,
I don't live in your area, but I think you will not find good stores for scrapbooking. Some craft stores sell paper or stickers, some even sell albums - but I think not as many as you know from the US. A good way to get material is from the internet. There are some good sites, but I think it's more expensive than in the US, because it's all imported from there. Anyway, if you're interested I'll post the links.

If you're still looking for supplies, try this online shop: http://www.bastel-welt.de/index.php.  The prices are reasonable for Germany.  Also try ordering from the US, especially with the dollar being so low right now.  Just remember to watch out for shipping costs and possible Zoll charges.
