Saw this bag and fell utterly in LOVE.  I might even leave my husband and run off with this purse.  I adore seahorses and I know I can make one just as cute.

There are deep side pockets and the front is clear vinyl over blue vinyl with a seahorse 'floating' in between the layers.

I don't have a clue where to start.  I checked my local JoAnn but didn't see any vinyl.

Need to find clear and colored vinyl fabric, vinyl piping, a heavy duty zipper, and vinyl paint to write a cute slogan, decorate seahorse, add bubbles, etc.

I don't have a pattern either, but I think I can make up one myself. (HA HA HA)

I also have to hope my little Janome can handle this.  (crossing fingers) Undecided

Try Walmart.  That's where I got my clear vinyl (on a long roll).  I'm sure that mine has the colored as well, maybe yours will too.  Hope that helps.  If you can find the vinyl then you could probably make your own piping.

In my Joann's the vinyl is on huge rolls in the back, in with the upholstery fabrics. That bag is too adorable!!
