I bought a photo printer, but I don't really print a lot of photos. I needed something to do with it, so I started digitally scrapbooking 6x4 pages. Through trial and error, I figured out how I needed to set up my layout, as to not cut off words, heads, arms, and other body parts.

Right now, I'm working on the great grandchildren in the family. Here is one of my layouts:

Thank you for looking.

That's adorable!! Great idea! I love small scale scrapbooking which is hard to find since everything seems to be 12 x 12.

I know. My aunt gave me tons of 6x4 photo paper and I can't use them in my photo printer, but I can use them in my other printer. Also, albums and frames for 6x4 photos are much less expensive, and readily available at my beloved dollar store!

im just curious why your photo printer cant print 4x6 photos, its the *most* common size for a photo across the board. but maybe your printer is weird, or its a docking station, i hate those...lol

the image is cute! and the little ones are cute too....

My photo printer uses the 6x4 paper that has tabs on it. The photo paper that my aunt gave me doesn't have tabs, so it won't feed through the printer. Fortunately, the new printer I have has a separate tray just for the 6x4 paper.

Your page is soooo cute! I love the colors - orange was a great choice for all the black and white photos. And the circular theme really adds to the fun! And of course - the pix are too sweet!

I would have never have thought to do 6x4 scrapbook pages - but it does actually make sense! Less paper used, cheaper photo albums. I may have to try this!!! Thanks so much for sharing! You should post more!

I love this idea!!  I've been wanting to do a quick "thank you" album for someone & this would be a great way to do it!
