Cute! I've seen where you get the little colored dots (like you use to price things at a yard sale) that you could stick together, like this. But I never really thought of using anything else. I love the squares too, very creative!

I'm confused  Huh

Why would you sew it if you put a string through the felt squares?

I have a sewing machine, but I'm sewing-challenged.

So, can you explain again?

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink

I love personal swaps for small stuff (including Hershey Kisses!)! PM me for happy fun rockin' good times!

You just run the squares through the sewing machine to string it.  In my tutorial, there is no manual stringing of squares. Smiley

That's adorable!
I can't believe something so easy could turn out so cute.
Good job!

I read your manifestos and strange religious tracts.  You took me to your library and kissed me in the stacks.

All you do is sew on your sewing machine and send the squares through the machine.

Thread revival!  Hahahaha...
What type of thread did you use?  It looks clear... I'm thinking about making a door curtain sort of thing. This is a great craft!  Smiley

I just used regular thread.  You can use colored thread or clear thread if you want, though.

Yay for thread revivals.
