wow! what a great idea  Cheesy At school we have these stupid looking homework/calendar planners that I think is a complete waste of $7. I am definitely making one of these, thanks!

a positive attitude may not improve the situation, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Thanks for posting this - i have always loved keeping journals but they are usually neglected for weeks at a time and end up being kind of useless as records for anything.
Having only have a tiny little space i that have to fill but the freedom to write more if i feel like it is a great way to get going again  Smiley Plus i like the idea of indexing and just writing wherever i feel like at the time - love your work!

Thanks T!  I really enjoy writing in this journal, partly because of the structure, and partly because I like looking at and using things I make.

I mostly do collage art, so I'm working on how to use a similar technique (the post-its) with collage to make next month's calendar.  I'll make sure and post pics of what I come up with.

A friend of mine once found her great-grandmother's journal. What a treasure it was to her! Much of what concerned her GG in her day, still holds true today. Just think how much fun your great-grandchildren will have reading yours! Great job!

Love this - need to start a design journal for a online class I'm taking and this would be fun to do as well.

Beautiful job on yours!

Fantastic!  I wouldn't have thought to keep a calendar in my journal- although I keep a journal in my calendar.  Every year I buy a sort of agenda calendar in a theme I like (this years was a cool one with very old maps in it) and I write all sorts of things in it, draw and stick pictures printed out on post-it picture paper all over the place.  I even have hair from my son's first haircut clipped into it.  I like that yours is even more artistic than that.  You pick the colors you want decorate to your hearts desire- something I feel hesitant to do in my store bought one.

Anyway, wonderful work (as always)!

Thanks!  I'm nearly finished with my August calendar, I'll post a picture of it soon.  I collaged this one!
