tonight we had hotdogs on gummy [cheap squishy name brand] white bread with a simple salad.

but last nights dinner was delish!  we had Latkes and pan seared steak with the same simple salad [lettuce, avacado, green onion, dressing].  of course no latke is had without sour cream and apple sauce with red hots.

I wish i was a glow worm
A glow worm's never glum
Cause how could you be grumpy
When the sun shines out your bum!

Ooh I haven't been here in a while...!   Shocked

Tonight was homemade pizza, with pepperoni, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and a truck-load of mozzarella.

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.

over the weekend I made a sirloin roast with some veggies in the slow cooker, since then we had been having left overs & making different kinds of meals with the roast to use it up. tonight however we went out for some thai food. I was getting tired of eating the roast for the past few days for lunch and supper.

We're roasting a chicken with potatoes and carrots.  It smells sooo good!  I can't wait!  And we have a couple new beers in the fridge that I can't wait to try (Blind Pig and La Fin Du Monde).

I stir-fried some chopped panga fish that was marinated in red pesto with a bag of mixed stir-fry vegetables. I'm a lazy but healthy student Wink
