Cream of celery soup with some leftover rice (with Munster cheese) thrown into it.  I am making braised radishes, too, but I'm pretty full.  I think they'll be for lunch tomorrow.

I was a cooking fiend this weekend. a mac and cheese-esque cassarole with broccoli and carrots in on friday, steaks and leftover cassarole Sat, pulled pork and crispy baked potatoes Sunday, and a quesadilla bar yesterday.

Unfortunately, this depleted my fridge for tonight!

last night I made marinated some venison butterfly loins in a bottle of beer, minced garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Then I just cooked them up in a pan with some olive oil. I sauteed some onions and mushrooms, made gravey with the drippings from the meat. Homemade garlic mashed potatoes and butterbeans. yum

Last night - pea and lettuce soup with ham salad sandwiches.

Tonight - more of the soup, followed by gnocchi in brodo.

I'm thinking a little bit of pasta in a tomato-garlic-whatever veggie- sauce, with a bit of cream cheese tossed in... mmm... yeah.
