I recently quit my job, and I need something that I actually like to do.  I can knit and sew, but not very well.  I just want something that I actually want to get out of bed for.

I hear ya. Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions, but I am in the same boat with you . My job blows, but I'm going to be laid off pretty soon, so I don't know if that means it blows even more or will blow less, but in an unemployed kind of way.
I'm checking with my local chamber of commerce and have turned friends and family in to my resume 'pimps'; I'm game for pretty much anything. I'll keep ya in my prayers and hopefully we will find something to be genuinely excited about.

p.s. What industry/job type are you looking for and what is your back ground? I want to keep an eye peeled for ya!
