You are such a good human to your rabbits! What a great rabbit house.

As for the cord chewing - spiral cable wrap from Radioshack will do the trick.

Cheesy potty trained bunnies!!! adorable! I really like your wooden bunny condo. it is very spiffy and looks super easy to keep clean. all men should be this handy with power tools.

I heart mod podge.

Awwwww. Just found this area of craftster! I love this. I had a bunny, but she was lonely and my mom wouldn't let me get another. So I ended up giving her to a new home with lots of other bunnies. I got to visit her alot until we moved a few years later, but she was very happy and well loved. Also, BSG is awesome. If only the real Apollo and Starbuck could get their act together. Smiley

I'm now tempted to try and build something like that for my bunny.

Unfortunately when it comes to how social they are it varies from bunny to bunny. I had a beautiful dutch boy I got when I was 7 (he passed away when I was 12) and he was my best friend. I'd do everything with him and he'd sit on my lap for hours to cuddle. I even trained him to run to heel when I called his name. When he passed away we got another bunny who has turned out to be horridley antisocial. In the nearly 6 years I've had him I've lost count of the amount of times he's tried to bite me and he never sits on my lap for longer than ten minutes without chewing my jeans.

Unfortunately my little bunny boy is getting old and wheezes in his sleep... So I'm worried if I set out on such a project he wouldn't live to see the end of it and I really just don't have the time to devote to getting another bunny after him.

i had a rabbit like that,  except she came from a home that didn't want her.  took me 2 years to turn her into a loving social pet who would atleast accept begrudgingly head scritches,  only through the bars of her cage, or from a female.  men she was wary of right from the start. oh i can't wait to move.  means with a bigger place i can get another bunny!

it's the Quiet ones you have to watch out for.  They truly know what is going on.
