That is awesome Cheesy I actually do like that fabric print.

Well..let me see. I have some retarded plaid stuff, and I have some horrible fabric with pictures of bears on it, and I have..something other people would consider not so hideous.
It's a slightly off white/beige-ish colour fabric with blue, red and (oh no) tan polka dots! The colours make it look a bit ugly and wrong but it might just make a cute skirt.....

Hi All,

It's been too long...sorry!! Anyway, I think my first two subjects will be a hideous rose taffeta 70's floor length skirt. It sits at my natural waist (so high waisted) and I think it would be great as a mini with black tights and a turtleneck.

My next is a long knit mens zip front pullover top in a large tartan plaid print. The fabric isn't exactly hideous, I guess neither of mine are the shapes are scary! Anyway, I'm going to make it into a tunic top with 3/4 sleeves just by taking it in.

I will post pics when I'm done!

...i finished off the rest of the ice cream so i expect to be having another butt in the morning!!

I got an idea this weekend when i was visiting my grandmother. She knew i like to sew so she dug up a bunch of old fabrics from when she used to sew, and man there was some ugly stuff! particularly this horrible horrible floral print! http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i108/deasublime/S6300004.jpg

oh no! i LOVE that fabric! (I guess I've got an eye for ugly!)LOL
