This just made my day.  I was missing all my friends from college and the jellyfish made me smile.  They had a bead curtain in their door and I used to pretend that I was stuck in a jellyfish.  I think they'd love these.

Looking for postcards from anywhere to use for RSVP cards for my 8/2012 wedding.  Have 80/200.

how beautiful and anatomically accurate! I love this because it they will love it, even after they don't love spongebob anymore. Youre a rad mom!

Thanks everyone for your comments.  I love making unique gifts for birthday favors.

I'm really excited about this birthday party.  I just have to share my ideas....We are going to borrow my neighbor's little motorized jeep (the ones that kids can drive) and I'm going to put cardboard on the sides to make it look like a boat.  The kids will have to drive through an obstacle course and when they get done they will get a boating license.  HeHe I love this idea.

The next game will be jellyfishing and I'm going to use pink balloons and put pink streamers on them.  The kids will have to race while hitting the balloons with a racket and cross over the finish line.  They will all get a jellyfish stuffie.

We are going to have a Krabby patty cook-off.  I'm making krabby patties out of felt and they will race to see who can assemble their patty the fastest.  I'm going to make paper fry-cook hats for everyone.  Each kid will get a "Krabby Patty Cook-Off"  ribbon and the winner will get a spatula.

My daughter also wants to play "Pin the tail on the squirrel."  I haven't come up with a prize for this game yet.

The cake is going to be a giant pineapple.

I used fleece and yarn to make the jellyfish.  If anyone wants a tutorial I probably can make one up.

Oh, my goodness! That jellyfish is amazing! I'll be teaching science at an elementary school next year (after 13 years with 7th & 8th graders), and I would LOVE to hang one of these in my room (until the fire department makes me take it down Wink ). If you do have time to post the tute, that'd be fantastic- thank you for offering to make one!

And, SpongeBob is my classroom mascot, so I absolutely love your party ideas! I want to copy the theme for my next birthday, but I think my friends' kids would be into more than my friends would be Wink

The choices you make today determine the choices you will have tomorrow.

That sounds like it's going to be the best birthday party in the world.  I bet your daughter and her friends are going to have the time of their lives.  Grin

I love Spongebob and those are all such GREAT ideas!  I wish my friends had such fabulous birthday parties, instead of drinking and booty dancing...
