One day, I was really bored and realized that I needed some new skirts to wear to church w/ my b/f and I just really wanted some cute skirts that didn't leave my butt hanging out. lol. So, in the craft section at Wal-mart one day, I found this awesome, lightweight plaid material for $1/yd, so I snatched some up! Out popped these:

This one is just your basic tiered skirt.

The next two are pretty much the same.
First skirt:

I also made a purse out of the left over fabric I loved it so much!

Second skirt:

Thanks for looking! Comments and criticism appreciated!

Thanks for all the positive comments!
Yeah, I have totally been living in these! They're so comfortable!
lefty8881, no, I didn't use a pattern. I was suprised they turned out so good b/c of that. lol. I just measured around my hips so that I could just slide them on (the waists are elasticized b/c I hate doing zippers). Then I added 20 inches to my hip measurement for the actual skirt and made it as long as I wanted. Hope that makes sense!
