Clay was on sale at Hobby lobby and I thought I would take a wack at it.
 This is my first time working with clay at all, the first try at caning didn't turn out well, the colours were all muddy


The second try! I think it's better. I will work on it


Any tips to help me make a really good one?

Il y a un monstre dans le lac, et il s'appelle Jean-Claude.
Mon ami le monstre sort du lac quand l'eau est trop chaude.
Le monstre vient au Lac du Bois pour jouer de la guitare.

Good work. The second one definitely came out more defined.

I had the same problem with my canes. Putting them in the freezer between stages helped immensely.
