i love this idea so so much, and want to make it for my girlfriend (cause she always makes me egg in the nest for breakfast)

but i have no idea what angel delight is. i had to google it, and i realize it's only a UK thing. so is there anything that might work as a substitute?

i was thinking icing, but that seems like it would be too sweet.
and then i thought whipped cream, but i dunno if that would work either.

so what is the texture of angel delight? is it more like whipped cream, or pudding or what?

or is it like that dream whip stuff?
