Hello everyone,

Let me explain something...I have 3 boys (14, 6 and 4) and 1 girl who is 1½.  And the baby factory is closed  Tongue  I guess that's why I'm so attached to her cloths. I don't want to give anything away...but I do, except the pieces I really love. Like these little jeans, she was so cute in them.  But my little girl is growing!  So this is what I did with the little jeans...so she can wear them a while longer!!

Sorry if it's not a good angle, she didn't feel like a model today!

Thanks for looking.

Great recon!

I can't seem to get rid of my daughters clothing either.  She's 2 1/2 and at last count, we have about 7 garbage bags full of her old clothing!    Huh

This is cute!

I have a 3.5 DD and I STILL can't get rid of her clothes.  My husband doesn't REALLY understand but we got some of those "sucky outty" bags and stored them in that.  I hope to make a quilt with the clothes someday...Smiley

Same here, I have a few bags left...I think two Tongue My friend is expecting her second child.. if it's a girl I'll gladly share my stuff with her...with a little bit of sadness in my heart... they grow so fast!!!  Cry

I always wanted to make a quilt out of my kids clothes, but I'm not very experienced in the art. After a few years of sewing I still consider myself a beginner, I still got lots to learn.  But as a practice I am making a sorta quilt with some scraps from my teenage boy. It's mostly tee-shirt scraps.  My other problem is my patience I don't have any... I like sweet and short project and quilts can be quite long to do.  So I'm making a very basic square quilt with the tee scraps, one square at a time  Tongue Maybe I'll be done at the end of the year... Grin

Thank you both for the great comments.
