I made a simple striped shirt several years ago, but only recently realized how boring and poorly fitting (not to mention poorly constructed) it was. So I just added black bands at the arms, waist and neckline, puffed up the sleeves a little and added a smidgen of Elvis Costello (stencil).  It's still poorly constructed, but it now has Elvis Costello! Hooray!
