Yep,  I got mine at Wally World, too and it REALLY makes stuff so shiny I LOVE IT!  I use it to seal my photo domino necklaces~

I love to touch it, so smooth!
Lowe's has it as well, as any store that carries basic home paints.

Got it at Wal-mart, but I'm sure you can get it anywhere they sell spray-paints.  It looks like this:

I'm sure you figured this out long ago (say, 2008?  Embarrassed); but what I did to help determine how much an object would shrink was:

I drew a 5-inch "ruler" onto a sheet (printing it would have been better  Cheesy) and shrunk it. That showed me what size I could expect a 3-inch high object to be after shrinking  Wink
