Here's the final version of the frames I'll be selling in my craft booth Nov. 27. I sold two of them when I brought them in to show my co-workers, so that's a good sign I guess. I'm asking $15 each for them, and they come with a free fortune cookie. I'll display most of them with fortunes in them, but some have these funny little retro pics I found. (Ignore the cat in the pic-- she never minds her own business.)

It's just basic stained glass technique -- copper tape and solder. I don't have a grinder so my edges aren't very pretty.

wow those are awesome! I know how to do stained glass. how did you add the forune or picture inside of it thougH? Undecided

I just soldered a couple of small metal wires across the back of the clear glass piece, then stuck a piece of colored cardstock in it to hold in the fortunes. I discovered that fortunes come in a lot of sizes, so i tried to make it big enough to hold most of them.
