i love seeing other people's finished products of this pattern... and i still love the one that i knit too. great sweater -- i wish i knit mine in a more neutral dark color, but it's okay -- i can always knit it again! everyone should go and buy this pattern... you won't be disappointed by the results!

Aww, thanks everyone!  Smiley

All the examples of this sweater I've seen on craftster have turned out great, that's why I made it.  Check out the knitalong here to see some beauties:

No worries. Did you knit your in the round or straight? Only, I am currently knitting one, too, but it is taking forever. I seem to be getting nowhere! That being said, I am somewhat larger than you  Wink

Crow Jane, I knitted mine flat, and I made the sleeves first to practise cabling.  I'm glad I did because the front and back took me quite a long time and I think I may have been reluctant to cast on for the sleeves straight away.  I think I'll make the sleeves first for all my garments now!
I took my time with this jumper and had a simpler project going at the same time for when I was too tired or distracted to cable, and for when I wanted to watch TV while I knit.
