Views A & B are basically just a circle skirt pattern... C & D are more of a straight cylinder look... With fabric I already had I did view C (which is the shorter cylinder one)...

I altered it a little with side slits because I just couldn't run upstairs as well with it sewn straight up. Oh and instead of a zipper I did two slide hook-and-eyes for a closure.
I would recommend that unless you're very tall (or plan on always wearing platform boots?) to do the shorter of the patterns (ie A & B are same basic pattern but B is much longer) for either of the "looks". Views B & D, according to the back of the cover, are supposed to be 41" long when finished. My view C was supposed to be 36" but I shortened it a tad to 33". Also, doesn't seem to work well with stretchy fabric - mine "gave" a little and now I'm having issues with the hem acting weird... nothing some fuseable interfacing can't fix!
Very easy, fast skirt. Best wishes for pretty results!

I love your choice of fabric and the side slits. It looks so comfy, too! You did a great job Smiley
