Queen of the Savages received her package from me, and since she'll be at a place with dial-up, I offered to post pics.
A set of owl note cards:

A stencilled t-shirt (my first try at a freezer paper stencil):

A pillowcase made usung the "Poor Man's Silkscreen" technique:

An owl pillow:

A crocheted owl pouch:

I had so much fun on my second go-round of this swap! Owl stuff is so much fun to make!

This has been WAY too long in coming, but totally necessary as skamperdans has made some ridiculously amazing things ...

A collection of hand-drawn owl stationary, of which I've already used one card for a birdloving buddy

A pretty window pane wreath

Intricate keychain

And the total showpiece - a hand sculpted owl ring. too cute!

Thanks for the fabulous swap experience skamperdans!

I'm glad you liked everything <3

I'm a little embarrased to say but the wreath was actually meant to be a bracelet.

Wow, that pillow and pillow case are great, craftyADDchick!  And I really love the notecards skamperdans made, and that ring!

I got back from a trip a few days ago, and waiting on my doorstep was a package from rhinestonextract!  I was so excited, and the post office (barely) escaped our combined wrath!  Wink

She sent me some great stuff and I could tell she had fun crafting; I know I did!

Here is everything together:

A set of salt and pepper shakers with shrinky dink owls (plus the extras she made), a charm bracelet with sparkly owl shapes, a useful notebook decorated with puffy paint, and my favorites, a totebag, and a sandblasted glass votive or candy holder.

A close-up of the totebag, which will be handy for my trips to the farmer's market (I hate using plastic bags!)

And a close-up of the votive holder (with a dish towel stuffed in for contrast.)

And here is the group shot of the stuff I sent her.

The framed item is the poem 'The Owl and the Pussycat', which is one of my absolute favorites.  I decoupaged bits of owl drawings onto the frame, and even if she doesn't want a child's poem, she can use it as a picture frame!

I'm a medium aged procrastinator, with a room full of craft supplies!

I received! My partner was Beth (ambraqi) and there were some problems with the package she sent me just before leaving for Egypt (!) for two months. Anyway, she has returned home and sent it out (again) and it arrived. I love everything to pieces and will post pics asap!

Thanks, Beth!
