Oh, I love the breast cancer one. Is there a link somewhere?

Here's the site where I got this pretty cloth pattern - -
http://www.geocities.com/schaefer_design_studio/free

Be sure to check out her "for sale" patterns also - - she is
really talented!

Ah, thank you very much!

Each one of the new cloths are so cool!  I love to knit, but I'm finding that crochet is much faster.  I think knit makes a softer cloth, though.  I'm getting better at knitting.  I learned the Continental method and I'm getting faster each time I practice!

Nice job, udhillb and kayrun!

I love crocheting, but I also want to learn to knit for that very reason!  Knit fabrics are much softer ... my issue is that knitting takes longer and I am WAY to easily distracted and bored LOL.  I'm still planning on learning to knit before the end of the summer!   If we keep doing these swaps I should get lots of practice Smiley

The advantage I find to crochet is that you can't be not paying attention and realise you've dropped a stitch that's run all the way to the bottom!

For sure!  I crocheted an entire king sized bed cover while watching TV and didn't have to look at what I was doing!  (That was the crazy brick pattern...so easy!)

Yeah!  More great stuff.  my faves this weekend are squirrelgirl's cupcake and knitsy bitsy's red lacy one.  Seems you did well in the sweets department too berol!  Can I ask what it is amongst the chockies that appears to be M&M's lip balm?  Could it possibly be lip balm?  I'd swoon if I came across something like that at my lolly shop.   Grin  I love the double stranded effect of the chilli cloth udhilb made, at least I think it is double stranded.  Is that right or is it a two colour yarn?

OK, I've been browsing through the gallery and all the dishcloths look incredible! I've finally gotten off my lazy butt long enough to post pics of the beautiful ones I got from crazy_grl. Check it out:

The orange one looks pinkish here, but it's a really nice orangey color that matches my kitchen.

Here's a closeup of the bunny that she made for my baby-to-come! We don't know what it's going to be yet, so the neutral color and the bunny are good choices.

There's awesome stitching on this one.

And here's what crazy_grl got (she didn't have a digi cam available).

I made her a hotpad to match the dishcloth and included some treats for her furbabies!

Stitch detail

Thanks for looking!
