Such a cute project ... does the "cooking" smell? I wondered if it smells like burning rubber.

It seems like I've seen similar "rocks" with beads.  thanks.
These were surprisingly odourless while baking! The most you could smell was just like a hot plastic smell, when it's left in the sun.

These are so cool! And I have some of those rocks lying around, too. I thought they were beads, but they are hole-less. Now I have a project I can use them for.
I'm in the UK, and got mine at The Range, I've seen them in Wilkinsons and (sniff) Littlewoods too!
