My daughter had something like that for her little girl when she was a baby.  As I recall it was 2 oval peices that zipped together, and had a little flap for the babys face.  I don't know where she got it, but I do remember that I had to put button holes in it to accomidate the straps.  The little girl is 6 yrs now

tip - make sure you make one that only goes OVER baby, not under & in the seat.  this can be dangerous & void the carseat's warranty & crash testing results if involved in an accident.  Smiley  better safe than sorry!  we just threw a blanket over my dd from house to car.

um, whywould that void the warrenty?  They sell these things in the stores that go under baby... aren't those safe?
