I had so many requests to make a pattern for a crocheted ferret, so I thought I'd have a go, and look what I came up with:

He looked a bit lonely, so I made him a friend to keep him company:

Loads more pics available on my blog (at the post I have linked to and also the previous 2 posts).

Hope you like it - please let me know what you think...

Those are the cutest things I have ever seen.  I have never before had a desire to own a crocheted ferret.  How your world can change in an instant ....

Holy crap of cuteness! My MIL would kill for this. Too bad i don't crochet/knit or I'd have her mother's day gift right here.

I've been hoping someone would make a ferret pattern soon!  My best friend would love these!  I think I'll make them to match her 2 stinky weasels  Cheesy

They're so cute! You did a great job - and they look so tiny. My crocheted  ferret's a bit too large to be an amigurumi (she's almost as tall as my real ferret lady)  Roll Eyes

cheers,
monika & the weasels

Thanks Monika! I don't think there's a size limit on amigurumi - at least I hope not, because I designed my ferrets to be approx life size too! They are 14 inches long by about 4.5 inches tall Smiley
