ok, my dd's friend is turning 2 on Saturday, I made this bunny for her, but I am not sure if I love it or not. suggestions? should I take the pink face off and simply do button eyes? I woke up this morning and I like her a lot more than when I went to bed last night, so she is growing on me, but I want her to love it. thanks

if she's two i'd be careful of her choking on the buttons.  my nephew puts everything in his mouth.

she's a pretty mature 2, not a mouth baby so I'm not as worried about the buttons, but I know what you mean! if she was younger, around 1 or so, I wouldn't have used buttons. and I attached them extremely well.

I'm more worried about the looks. her mom is my best friend, so if she's worried about the buttons I know she would just put the bunny away until later.

I think the face is adorable...It would look kind of lopsided if you took it off, and not nearly as cute.

I would put the eyes closer together and give the bunny more of a smile.

I'm sure the two year old will love it no matter what and the mom will appreciate your hard work.

Nice job.

ok, thanks guys! I've decided I love her very very much as she is. the wide eyes are kind of my signature on all my animals. handmade animals aren't SUPPOSED to be perfect, right?  Wink
