Hi there,

since I discovered craftster a couple of weeks ago, I've become completely addicted... I started out with stenciling and now turned to crocheting. My grandma taught me how to crochet when I was a little girl and luckily I can still remeber the basics. Last week I crocheted one of my ferrets. I did not have a pattern, so I made it from scratch. Since I'm not allowed to post pictures, I'll just post the URL of my Flickr:

My next project's going to be my weasel boy Vicky... I already bought yarn, yahooo Smiley

That's awesome!  I'm not sure how Emily feels about it though, based on that pic.  Cheesy

thanks! Well, I'm not too sure either. Emily and Vicky (the other ferret) obviously had fun attacking their woolen fellow, but most of the time they just ignore each other  Embarrassed  I'm afraid the crocheted ferret just doesn't smell right in order to be identified as a ferret  Roll Eyes

It's so cute! And so is the real one  Cheesy I love ferrets, although after my bunnies I 've realised that I might not have the constitution to own one. Maybe a crocheted ferret would fit in fine though!

Oh my gosh someone I'm a swap with jsut sent me this link. She's great! Great job on the mask and points! I'm working on my own crocheted ferret pattern as well. They're so much fun to make aren't they? though I have a different reason for making mine but it's a surprise. Smiley I love the body shape and feet!

Yep when it's done. The first draft I'm not happy with so I have to make another but I'm tied up with swaps atm. I have two to craft things for one of which I plan to crochet for.... so I after that I hope to work on it again.
