ok so in 1 month my friend is getting married, and we wanted to throw her a party so i've contacted pureromance.com and they will be coming out for some of the party. I also saw on here somewhere some cookies that look like undies and lingerie..and i want to make those for the party. i was wondering if you guys could give me anymore ideas for things to do. or esp. food and drinks to serve. btw none of us are of drinking age. Smiley

For my best friend's party (she and her hubby had a pre-party with everyone, then we all split up, then came back to the house for a post party) we made adult oriented desserts...  she made a cake that looked like a female torso, and we got some cupcake molds from the adult store that looked like male... yeah.

I think you should def. choose a theme--they're always so much fun!  I mean, even if your theme is "last night of freedom," it still gives you stuff to work with.  You could go tropical and make mini-hawaiian pizzas, smoothies, etc.  You could act like kids and have Kool-Aid and set up the sprinklers, with such staples as mac-n-cheese, mini PB & J, etc.  Actually, that one sounds like fun, lol.

You should check out recipezaar.com.  They have FANTASTIC ideas for all occasions.

Good luck!

It's late, and I've been wondering...  How I can stay awake so long and miss so much...

I got a penis cake pan at con rev. It has been a wise investment. Everyone gets a penis cake for any occasion. It is the best thing ever.

and the weird behavior award goes to...

Over the years for the bachelorette parties that I've hosted, we've had lots of "male anatomy" themed food stuff:

-- Swedish Meatballs
-- Cocktail Wienies
-- Carrots and grapes held together by a toothpick (1 carrot and a grape on each side)
-- Pigs in a blanket (crescent rolls with hot dogs inside)

I can't think of anything else.

Have fun!  I love bachelorette parties!  And Pure Romance is AWESOME!!
