HOMER - when I pre -craft I always list the 5 they can choose from and ask them to rank them order of preference 1-5. you will be surprised how different people's choices are (I was) and I've always been able to give there first or second choice. one set of 5 no one chose the same - it was perfect!

Don't worry bout asking questions, I was u the first round of this I did!

Thanks for all the help and suggestions everyone!

I've now been accepted so I can list what I'm making.  I don't have an etsy shop or any other kind of shop but since I was supposed to give myself a name, for this swap, my 'shop' will be called Bags, Sewn by Cindy

These bags are approximately 12x12"

The tiger bag is lined with dark blue, the red bag is lined with burgundy and the musical bag is lined with yellow floral material.

Blue and white stripes are lined with small blue and white stripes (and they show through a little) and the farm yard bag is lined with white.

I usually ask for a list of preferred colors/styles, and try to give people their top choice. If I have extra materials, I'll sometimes make up an additional item to do it, but it's not required by the swap.  It's a fun swap!  I'll probably be joining in a few days.  Grin

How have I not seen the earlier rounds of this swap?!  Shocked
This is such a cool idea. I'm a little nervous and still a bit confused about the exact procedure, but I really want to sign up. I'll send in my PM and edit my post with what I'll be offering after I get approved. (Or if I get approved! Wink )

Question: When do I make my list of Top 5? After the Sign-ups are done?

Welcome to the addiction! This is my 2nd sweat shop swap and I can tell you, it is the most fun you will ever have in a swap. just the sheer joy of having the postal person bring little goodies to your door will make you ever so happy.

and the procedure isnt as complicated as you may think. if you have any specific questions, please feel free to post them. we are very helpful and kind to swappers unfamilar with this kind of swap.
