I just completed the Jane Austen swap and wound up altering a Tag shapedscrapbook into a Jane Austen book about her life and works- lots of pics- but I was so proud of it! My first altered type book-

The before pic- found these on clearance in Wal-Mart- plain white pages in a travel themed book-

A few of the pages as I reconstructed the base pages-

The new front cover-

Each page had facts about her life, or pictures, quotes, or details about her books and movies-

The completed booklet redesigned- (waxed paper sticking out is for shipping purposes)

So, what do you think?

Thanks, I tried to pick papers that were either regency pattern inspired, or with writing allover, as this was a Jane Austen swap after all! Still peeling glue off me!
