Okaay. Lately my hair has had that feeling you get when you haven't completely washed out the shampoo in your hair but it's dry.. you know what I mean? but there is no shampoo or conditioner left. Nothing. I've  used lots of different shampoos, stayed with just one for a while, and also just recently used the shampoo that takes built up shampoo off your hair. I've used conditioner, not used conditioner. All the combinations you can think of. I have no idea why my hair feels so icky, it's very annoying!! Does anyone know what I can do to make it not feel this way anymore, or why it feels this way? I dye my hair, if that matters, but it's never felt like this before for so long.

Thanks in advance!

you should try using non-residue shampoo

oo i have a question.  i dyed my hair with a red (Crimson Storm) back in January.  it's not really noticeable, and it looks natural, but there's still a little left.  i recently bought some Sun-In to use over the summer, do you think it's been long enough since dying it before, or am i risking getting weird colored hair?  (oh, my natural hair color is light brown btw, incase that makes any difference).

i think with sun-in you're risking weird colored hair. sun-in never stops lightening your hair until it grows out, so you're going to have damaged hair, and also, if your hair is colored, it'll probably give you a weird color that it lightens to like orange. i wouldn't recommend it.

I bleached my hair that I'd dyed with red-black dye months and months beforehand, and I ended up with flame-coloured hair - a few inches bleach blonde where the dye had grown out , then steadily turning orange :/ Didin't matter to me cos I was just lightening it to dye it bright red anyway, but there's a warning...

Anyone have any websites that teach you how to create fancy but easy hairstyles?
I'm having a very fancy graduation dinner soon, and need to know if I have to go to the hair salon, or I don't.
Thanks!

A good braiding website is dreamweaverbraiding. Another easy thing to do is to make a bun with most of your hair and then make accent braids. If you have any questions or need a specific type of fancy hairstyle, just respond.

Another question: I have super-fine hair. I love the look of hairbands but they always tend to slip off. What should I do?

Volumizing shampoo? Or get some of those headbands with the little combs.

WIPs - I have the same problem...If the headbands are fabric, I just use a couple bobby pins to hold it in Smiley
