Last month I made my very first sweater!  I used the custom-raglan formula from Woolworks:



(Yeah, it lacks buttons.  I haven't found really good ones yet.)

And this month I made the two-tone ribbed shrug from Fitted Knits:



I wasn't convinced of the bar increases at first (I never use 'em), but I like the way they turned out!

ok, I am very impressed. That is a nice basic raglan sweater, and I love the colour. The shrug is gorgeous too..I gotta get me that book.

i love the cardigan. i just got my wool delivered for my first custom raglan...... just need to finish a few more things before i cast on for it!

Love it!!! I know what you mean about the buttons!! I lucked out and found some gorgeous buttons... but nothing to put them on yet!!! But I will knit something for them - I will!!! I love the red cardigan... one can never have too many of them - and red - well - red is fantastic!! Way to go!
