My first totally designed by me and ITS TOO SMALL!

Looks nice here, but to get it over her arms makes her cry. Sigh.  I will make another a bit bigger because I just love it.

I even worked really hard to make bias tape my friend

Okay, any questions?  I love comments.
Anyone have a 12 month old they want a new top for?  Trade ya for something.  Can't guarentee the top won't be too low, but I'm sure you crafty people can fix that  Wink

Awwww, what a shame it makes her cry! It's so cute!! Especially on her. If you made the next one longer, it would look wonderful as a dress.

Oh, that one is the BESTEST!  Great design, and fabulous fabric.  I'll have to see if I can make my kiddo one like that. 

If you have time to draw a simple tute or picture of the shapes of the pieces, that would be awesome.  Sometiimes I just can't picture it on my own. 

Sorry it's too snug...the first jammies I made for my kiddo were that way too.  Sad

This is yet another adorable project by you, vegbee! You should be proud of yourself!!

Is it too small/hard to put on because it's too snug in the chest? If so, what if you cut a slit in the back (or the front  Wink )and put lacing in it, like a corset? Maybe teal cording (it looks like there are teal circles)?

oh *wow* that is awesome!  i love it, it's got a great shape to it, so i hope the resized one comes out ok.
here's a dumb thought, could you make it bigger wide and put elastic in at the waist? not a lot, just some thin elastic around the entire waist, or just at the front/back.  then it could grow with her a little and it might be easier to get on.  anyway, it's gorgeous.  i love it!
