I'm so excited (even if this isn't the most exciting project), and had to share this.  Except for a K1 P1 scarf, this is the first thing I've made that looks like it was supposed to:

It's basically a washcloth mitten made from 100% cotton yarn.  It only took me a few hours -- a fast knitter could do it in no time.

I like it! I'm a new knitter too. Do you have a pattern/instructions?

I'd love the pattern as well...it looks like a nice easy christmas stocking stuffer.

I'm so cute and Indie...take me seriously.

Thanks for the feedback.  I'm planning on making bath/spa baskets for people and adding these to them.  Here's the pattern (it's a pattern from Lily, and you may have to join the site to view -- but at least it's free, and it was also the free pattern on the ball of yarn I bought):

The pattern calls for one ball of yarn, but it takes less than half a ball to make one mitt.  You'll definitely get 2 maybe even 3 out of a single ball of yarn.
