so my brother in law is about to be the proud father of a little girl, and he's going to be a really hands on dad!  but have you seen the cutsey, girly, bunnies and duckies crap they have out there for diaper bags?Huh?   it's just not fair to the guy!  so i made this for him:

the diaper bag from hell!!!!!

heres a closeup of the outside.

he loved it!!  it has everything you need in a diaper bag, a bottle holder, a bit of velcro to keep ahold of the binky...  even a changing pad!

and not a bunny or duckey in site!

That bag is awesome! It looks like something I could buy at a store. Very high quality.

That is totally awesome!  I hated shopping for a diaper bag.  I mean really, I am a grown woman!

oh WOW  Grin Grin Grin Totally fantastic, my husband has boots to match, I know he'd love it when we extend the family a lil bit Smiley
How high would you rate this on a scale of 1 to "I'm going upstairs to cry now" ? I've only made 2 bags before so I'm no expert at this....

Love it! and I'm not in the market for one at all! I'd love to know also if it made you weep..... I'd have to say that I am a novice sewer. So this is impressive and impressive=hard (generally)
What materials? Great bag..... I hit this rocks!

That is most definately a diaper bag to be proud of.  Cheesy

I love the flames and how the stitching for the inside flames have made cool flames on the outside as well.

Yes I do Personal swaps though you might have to ask me really nicely as I don't have huge swathes of time on my hands Smiley However I love crafting for other people.

That is the coolest diaper bag one could ever hope to see, even better once you don't need it, and when the child grows it is still a bag you wouldn't mind being seen with, unlike (for me) all the cutesy-pie ones.

One lucky dad Smiley
